Pullen Park

Pullen Park has always been one of my favorite places in Raleigh... probably because I have such fond memories of going there as a kid!  I spent countless days there playing, and lots of Easter lunches having picnics by the lake.  It's always super precious to me when I can share one of my childhood favorites with my babies.  Raleigh made an excellent decision when they decided to close Pullen Park for renovations.  It's been back open for a while now and it is AMAZING!  It's absolutely beautiful, has the nicest play equipment, they painted and covered the beautiful carousel, and of course the train is still running too!  Lily Kate has already made plenty of memories there and it's now one of her favorite spots too!  Sterling has been a few times, but this trip was really the first time he could get down and do anything!  We rode the carousel, played hard, and enjoyed the beautiful fall weather!  What fun!
