My goodness how time flies! It's hard to believe that my sweet little peanut is now crawling and pulling up! Since Lily Kate has discovered how to crawl and pull up on things, gone are the days of sitting still and cuddling! She wants to get down and crawl, and now she looks for things that she can pull up on and stand up against! Of course, with these new tricks comes bumps and bruises along the way, but that hasn't stopped our Munchkin! Her favorite thing to do is crawl after Daisy. When Daisy runs by, Lily Kate thinks it is hillarious and she takes off after her! (Daisy doesn't think it is nearly as funny!)
Lily Kate has also said her first word.... "Ma-Ma"! She started saying it about 2 weeks ago but we weren't sure she truly knew who she was talking about until the other night. She woke up crying with her gums hurting (tooth #4 is coming in) and her Daddy went in to get her. As soon as she saw Mommy come up behind Daddy she pushed on his shoulders and leaned out to me saying "Ma-Ma"! I have to admit I was super excited that she could say "Ma-Ma" and that she knew it was me! One thing is for sure... she sure is growing fast and my sweet baby is doing something new every day!
Now that Lily Kate has mastered crawling we can't keep her still! Daisy had better watch out!
