Annual Florida Fun

We were so pumped to be able to go with Nini to FL again this year the first week of May. She always goes for a business meeting and is never able to enjoy the resort! Her boss is always so sweet to say we can tag along for the trip and do a little swimming! This was our 4th year being able to enjoy the Pink Shell Resort! Lily Kate was beside herself when she saw the pools... She couldn't wait to jump on in! I have a feeling she is going to be a little fish this year at the pool! This was also Sterlings first time in a pool! He loves taking a bath, so it was no surprise that he loved the pool too! We had a couple of rainy days, but that didn't stop Lily Kate! If it was just rain, and not a storm, she would keep right on swimming! We had another first this week too, but it wasn't a good one... Sterling got sick for the first time. He woke up on Tuesday morning with a fever of 103 degrees! I called our pediatrician back home and we were able to get him to an Urgent Care... It turned out he had a double ear infection and a throat infection. Thankfully, after a few doses of ear drops and antibiotic, he was as good as new. The week turned out to be an awesome vacation or me and a precious time with my babies! Lily Kate swam her heart out and we were even able to get to see some good friends of ours, Corey and Cissy. I am so thankful we were able to sneak away and have a week to relax!
